The University of Warwick (Hong Kong Office) plays the role of a branch of the Warwick International Office with geographical responsibilities for Hong Kong and South China.

Manita So
Manita graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature. She obtained a postgraduate diploma in Translation in 1999 and a postgraduate certificate in Education in 2001 from the same university. She then furthered her study at the University of Warwick and completed her master’s degree in Translation Studies in 2002.

Manita has worked in the education field for over ten years. In addition to her previous role as University Liaison Officer for the Warwick Hong Kong Office, she also has substantial teaching experience in local education, both as a school teacher and a university lecturer.

In January 2008, Manita assumed the role of Director of Operations of the Warwick Hong Kong Office. She is also an executive committee member of the Warwick Graduates’ Association (Hong Kong) and has been serving the association as Chief Editor since 2003.

Anthea Hui

Anthea graduated from Newcastle University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Communication. Upon graduation, she returned to Hong Kong and embarked on a career in the education field. Her first graduate job as an Education Consultant (United Kingdom) equipped her to provide consultation and advice to students who are keen to study in England. She is experienced in student counselling with a good knowledge of the UK and Hong Kong education systems,  the different study options and application procedures.

Apart from working in the overseas education field, Anthea has also worked as an Executive Officer in a top local university, conducting academic qualifications assessment and overseeing the university taught postgraduate admissions scheme.

Anthea joined the Warwick Hong Kong Office as the University Liaison Officer in August 2010.

Fanny Lau

Fanny graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2010 with a major in English Studies and a minor in Fine Arts. Before that, she has studied in both local and international schools in Hong Kong. Intermittently, she has also had the opportunity to conduct her studies abroad, spending a year in Toronto, Canada, and two years in Cheltenham, UK, at the Cheltenham Ladies' College. These years turned out to be some of the most unforgettable and eye-opening experiences for her.

Fanny joined the Warwick Hong Kong Office as the Assistant University Liaison Officer in July 2010.

Nancy Chui

Nancy graduated from the University of Warwick in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Economics. Back to Hong Kong, she began her engagement to the fragrance industry where she worked as Regional Marketing Services Manager in a multi-cultural environment and made frequent business trips to the Asia-Pacific region for the next 7 years. In 1998, she entered the training profession and became a management trainer.

Nancy’s career took a significant turn to education consultancy in late 1999 when she started working for the University of Warwick. In 2003, she helped Warwick to set up its single representative office in Hong Kong and was the office Director of Operations until end 2007. 

Currently Nancy is working part-time as Associate Director of the Warwick Development and Alumni Relations Office. She is spending more time to promote music & art to the community.

Nancy has been serving the Warwick Graduates’ Association (Hong Kong) Executive Committee since its incorporation in 1994. She is married to Jonson Yue, also a Warwick graduate (MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering).

Our Services
  For Prospective Students:
- We provide free information about the University of Warwick.
- We offer free counselling services to assist you in the selection of the Warwick course that best matches your interests & qualifications.
- Where appropriate, we arrange you to meet with visiting Warwick staff related to the course you are interested in.
- We give free post-application advice.
- Where possible, we help to put you in touch with current students or graduates.
 
  For New & Full-time Students:
- We conduct pre-departure briefing receptions in Hong Kong & Guangzhou.
- We help to link up new students with current students or alumni.
- During your studies, we act as the Warwick contact point for your family.
  For Alumni:
- Our office provides a meeting base for Warwick alumni.
- We keep alumni updated of news about Warwick.
- We act as a bridge between the University & Warwick Graduates’ Association Hong Kong.

  For Local Educational Institutions:
- We facilitate collaboration & academic exchanges between local higher education institutions & the University of Warwick.
- We visit local education institutions, as appropriate or requested, to deliver information seminars or workshops.
